FIRC (Foreign
Inward Remittance Certificate) will be obtained
from Reserve bank of India (RBI) which will
confirm that your amount has been credited in our
a/c.
Registration :
1. As per the
regulation, the seller and the purchaser should
sign the document and appear before the
registering office for Registration. But the
physical presence of the purchaser can be avoided
if a Power of Attorney is nominated to act on the
Purchaser's behalf.
2. Special Power
of attorney: The purchaser can choose anybody
residing in Tamilnadu that they can trust as Power
of Attorney. If desired, one of our
representatives can act as purchaser's Power of
Attorney (only for purchasing this particular
property on your behalf).
Upon selecting
the Power of Attorney, the purchaser needs to
execute the authorization document in the country
of his / her residence attested by a Notary. This
document should also be adjudicated with any
District Registrar in TamilNadu.
Registration
Acknowledgment
1. Sale deed will
be sent to the purchaser upon registration within
15 days from the date of Registration.
2. We will file a
declaration in form IPI 7 on purchaser’s behalf
with the Central Office of Reserve Bank at Mumbai
within a period of 90 days from the date of
purchase or final payment of purchase
consideration alongwith a certified copy of the
document evidencing the transaction and bank
certificate regarding the consideration paid.
